Software that does the remembering.
A restaurant’s numbers live in too many places: the till, the kitchen’s chits, a stock register, a GST spreadsheet and the owner’s memory. CountStand keeps them in one record, so they agree with each other and the owner can stop reconciling them by hand.
03How we work
Six rules the product and this site keep.
- Only what shipsWhat this site says the product does, it does today. What is built and switched off says so, in the product’s own words: Not open at launch.
- The price on the pageThree plans, per outlet, on the pricing page: one outlet, a chain, or a group. Every price is printed, and GST is added on top.
- A person decidesNo agent files a tax return, moves money, or changes a shift on its own: every one of those ends with you.
- Your data, yours to takeExport everything you have put in, and leave when you like. Guest details are encrypted and erased two years after a guest’s last order, and every governed change is in the audit log.
- Built for the counterBilling goes on when the internet drops. Every amount is kept in whole paise, so CGST and SGST split exactly, with the odd paisa to CGST.
- No borrowed praiseThere are no customer quotes, logos or counts of restaurants here. They will appear when real ones exist, with permission.
