Which plan is right for me?

All three are priced per outlet. Single is one outlet with everything it runs on: the till, the kitchen screen, stock, GST, staff and payroll, and a brief every morning and evening. Multi adds what a chain of one brand needs: every outlet side by side, stock transfers between them, and your approval on a manager’s price change. Group adds several brands, the central kitchen and an under-reporting audit every night. Not sure? Start on Single; moving up later loses nothing.

Do the prices include GST?

No. Every price on this page is per outlet and excludes 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.

Do I need the internet to run it?

Not to keep selling. When the line drops, the till keeps billing, taking cash and settling. Kitchen tickets and bills are saved in the till’s own queue and print when the line returns. Every action is sent in order, exactly once.

Is the first month really free?

Yes. Once you are invited, one outlet gets 30 days free, with no card. They start when you redeem the invitation, not when you apply, and you pay only if you keep going.

Can you move my menu across?

Yes, and we do it with you: items, prices and categories from a spreadsheet, a photo of your printed menu, or a PetPooja export. Orders from your old system are not imported.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account settings or by email. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month, or stops at once with the unused days refunded; a yearly plan is refunded for the whole months left, as the refund policy sets out. You can export everything on the way out.
